Pine Glen Homeowners Association Committees
The Pine Glen Homeowners Association has formed a number of committees to look into various issues affecting life at Pine Glen. If you’d like to learn more or care to join a committee please contact the committee chairperson.
Social Committee
The Social Committee is responsible for planning and organizing neighborhood events.

Communications Committee
The goal of the Communications Committee is to keep the community informed through the Pine Glen newsletter and the website www.Pine-Glen.com.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The ARC committee reviews plans for home improvements in the neighborhood and is guided by the Association Covenants. The committee shall exercise its best judgment to see that all improvements, construction, landscaping, and alterations on lands within Pine Glen subdivision conform to, and harmonize with, the existing structures while protecting the environment.

Violations Committee
The Violations Committee is responsible for ensuring that all covenants and deed restrictions are consistently enforced throughout Pine Glen.

Safety Committee
The Safety Committee reviews neighborhood concerns regarding community safety. This committee is currently developing a plan to address speeding within the community and bus stop safety for the children of Pine Glen.
